Innovative solutions for the blasting of cast products

Dear Sir or Madam,

A very warm welcome to you with news from the Bright World of Metals and METEC-tradefair.com.

Those, who have ever been in the midst of a sandstorm, talk about a terrible blowing that blasts dust into one’s ears and about how it then permeates deep into the lungs. Extremely uncomfortable. But no comparison to what happens in a roboblaster blasting system.

Stainless steel is used as a blasting abrasive, in a grain size of 0.5 to 0.8mm. Each blasting plant is fitted with a total of four high power turbines, type Hurricane H42 with a diameter of 420 mm and a drive power of 15kW each. If you would like to get to know the system better, then please read in April’s topic of the month: Innovative solutions for the blasting of cast products.
