Juggling clubs will be in the air as well as clothes. Marvel at a cheeky juggler, rude cyclists and a well-heeled lady standing on her head at the Apollo Varieté theatre.

Just a few metres down the road the Old Town invites to the Lange Tafel on the Rhine: between Burgplatz square and Alter Hafen a long table will be set for you. Enjoy the holiday feel underneath stately plane trees and look forward to 150 metres of international delicacies.

Fond of classical music? Then you should not miss the Sommernachtskonzert concert on 20 June. Set against the magnificent backdrop of Schloss Benraths palace you will be able to listen to the romantic sounds of Strauss, Tchaikovsky and Offenbach – with thousands of candles, brilliant water jets and marvellous fireworks dancing in the open air!
